If we don’t have them on the platform, our team will find them for you at no cost from companies all over Australia.
No. Our platform creates a collaboration ecosystem for businesses to support each other. The talent you access from the Bench remain employees of the parent company and are not available for recruitment. You are simply sub-contracting another company to provide you their specialist for the contract period.

Set up your company profile, open your dashboard and simply fill out the Find Talent form and submit. BenchOn will do all the heavy lifting in sourcing and filtering the available companies for you. Our current average turn-around time is 24hrs from receiving the request. You can also manage your current opportunities from the dashboard in case you need to edit the requirement or cancel the task all together.
