This year at the Indo Pacific Conference 23, in conjunction with our friends at Hays and Michael Fairweather & Associates, BenchOn is running events to help small to medium businesses better understand and connect with Australia’s best Defence Primes.

On Day 1, Tuesday 7 November, BenchOn will present the Primes’ Briefs where the best Primes will present on what their company does, what they are working on and what they need from suppliers. This will help SMEs understand who they should be talking to and targeting throughout the conference. All conference attendees are welcome at this event.

Then, on Day 3, Thursday 9 November, BenchOn will facilitate Company Meetings, which are ‘one on one’ meetings for Primes to meet with SMEs that have matched to their capability requirements. This is an invite only event that requires you to register your business on this page and then be matched to the capability requests of the participating Primes.

BenchOn will match up the capabilities of each selected participant, to the required capabilities of each Prime and, if you are selected, you will be allocated meeting times to meet with the representatives of that Prime and pitch your business.

With local, Australian Industry content being so important for all Defence programs, these FREE ‘Meet the Primes’ events will:

• Help link small business capability into the Prime’s supply chain,
• Promote the capabilities required for some of Australia’s biggest programs,
• Provide small businesses the opportunities to get their questions answered by the right people, and
• Kickstart those relationships that may become highly beneficial to both parties.
